Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by talking to the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Princeaid Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
